The White River below Bull Shoals Dam is a regulated trout fishery extending downstream through Cotter and Norfork to the Highway 58 bridge at Guion. Bull Shoals releases affect the upper reach; tributaries and Norfork Dam releases also influence water farther downstream. A reading at Bull Shoals does not describe every access point. Check current observations, posted restrictions and Arkansas Game and Fish Commission regulations for your section.
