A cold, clear, spring-fed float in north-central Arkansas rising at Mammoth Spring (one of the largest springs in the U.S.) and running past Hardy toward its confluence with the Black River near Black Rock. Reliable year-round flow from the spring; trout in the upper reach, smallmouth lower; a few ledges/rapids including Saddler Falls. A very popular canoe/kayak float.
